I bought the playbook. Where is my download?

Refunds
The Claude PM Playbook is a digital download that you get instantly, so all sales are final. If your file is damaged or won't open, contact us and we'll replace it.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
The workflows work on any Claude plan. A few Chapter 9 features, such as connectors, need a paid plan, and the book says which.
